What information should I include in my quote request

For the fastest, most accurate quote, include: (1) your STEP, IGES, DXF, or PDF engineering drawing, (2) required material grade (or application description if unsure), (3) tolerance class needed (standard ISO 2768 medium, ISO 2768 fine, or critical +/-0.005 mm), (4) surface finish requirements (Ra value), (5) order quantity, (6) any required certifications (material traceability, PPAP, FAI, AS9100 documentation, RoHS, REACH), and (7) target delivery date. Our sales engineers will respond with pricing, lead time, and free DFM feedback.

Question 3

Can I get a quote without a finished engineering drawing

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you are at concept or early CAD stage, share what you have - a sketch, hand drawing, photo of a sample part, or partial 3D model. Our applications engineers will work with you to finalise the manufacturable design, recommend suitable materials and tolerances, and provide an indicative quote range. This is a free service and is often the most valuable first conversation for new product development.

Visits are scheduled with at least 2 weeks' notice so we can arrange the right engineering, quality, and management staff to host you. Pune is well connected with daily direct flights from Dubai, Singapore, Frankfurt (via Delhi), and all major Indian metros. Airport pickup and hotel arrangements can be coordinated by your account manager.
