Our standard machining tolerance is ±0.01 mm. For precision applications, we routinely achieve ±0.005 mm using our Mazak and Makino machining centres. All critical dimensions are CMM verified, with full inspection reports provided on request. For medical and aerospace applications, we can achieve even tighter tolerances on specific features.

We have no minimum order quantity. We machine single-piece prototypes through to production runs of 10,000+ parts. Prototype orders (1–10 pcs) typically carry a small setup charge; production pricing is available from 25 pieces upward.

Yes. We provide First Article Inspection (FAI) reports, CMM dimensional reports, material test certificates, surface finish reports, and PPAP Level 1–3 documentation as required by US OEM customers. Please specify your documentation requirements at the time of quoting.

We accept STEP (.stp, .step), IGES (.igs), Solidworks (.sldprt), DXF, DWG, and PDF engineering drawings. STEP files with a 2D drawing (PDF or DXF) are preferred for accurate quoting. If you only have a PDF drawing, we can still quote from that.

Yes. Our engineers review all incoming drawings for manufacturability.
