Our standard machining tolerance is ±0.01 mm. For precision applications, we routinely achieve ±0.005 mm using our Mazak and Makino machining centres. All critical dimensions are CMM verified, with full inspection reports provided on request. For medical and aerospace applications, we can achieve even tighter tolerances on specific features.
We have no minimum order quantity. We machine single-piece prototypes through to production runs of 10,000+ parts. Prototype orders (1–10 pcs) typically carry a small setup charge; production pricing is available from 25 pieces upward.
Yes. Robocon CNC operates an ISO-certified quality management system. All parts are manufactured and inspected under documented quality procedures. We provide material certifications, CMM inspection reports, and dimensional inspection reports with shipments — all standard for our US customers.
Yes. We provide First Article Inspection (FAI) reports, CMM dimensional reports, material test certificates, surface finish reports, and PPAP Level 1–3 documentation as required by US OEM customers. Please specify your documentation requirements at the time of quoting.
We accept STEP (.stp, .step), IGES (.igs), Solidworks (.sldprt), DXF, DWG, and PDF engineering drawings. STEP files with a 2D drawing (PDF or DXF) are preferred for accurate quoting. If you only have a PDF drawing, we can still quote from that.
