Robocon CNC is built around exactly that workflow. Our Pune facility has supplied US OEMs in California, Texas, Ohio, Michigan, and New York for over 15 years — not as an occasional subcontractor, but as a primary machining partner integrated into production schedules and quality systems.
Every quote comes with DFM feedback. Every shipment includes CMM inspection reports, material certifications, and full PPAP documentation. Every order ships FedEx or DHL International Priority — landing at your US address in 3–5 business days, duties covered, customs cleared.
If your current CNC supplier is too slow, too expensive, or inconsistent on documentation — we can have a competitive quote back to you within 24 hours of receiving your STEP file.

Our Mazak Variaxis 5-axis CNC machining centres allow us to machine complex geometries in a single setup — eliminating repositioning errors and reducing lead times by up to 60%.
5-axis capability is critical for US aerospace, medical device, and automotive customers where complex contoured surfaces, deep pockets, and compound angles are common requirements.
US manufacturers are increasingly choosing India for high-precision CNC machining to reduce costs without sacrificing quality or lead time.
Lower labour and overhead costs in India translate to 30–40% savings on machined parts compared to US domestic suppliers — without compromising precision or quality.
FedEx and DHL international express from Pune, India to any US city. Faster than many US domestic machining shops' quoted lead times.
ISO 9001:2015 certification, CMM verification, and Mazak/Makino machines ensure quality equal to or exceeding US domestic machining — with full inspection documentation.
Our engineers are trained in ASME Y14.5, US material specs (6061, 7075, 17-4 PH), and US drawing standards — no translation overhead or specification errors.
Why more US OEMs are choosing India-based precision machining partners for their supply chain.
