Yes. Robocon CNC exports high-precision CNC machined parts to USA companies across all states, including California, Texas, Ohio, Michigan, New York, Illinois, and Florida. We handle all export documentation, customs clearance, and FedEx/DHL logistics from our Pune facility directly to your US address.

What is your delivery time to the USA?

Standard delivery to the USA is 3-5 business days via FedEx International Priority or DHL Express. Machining lead time depends on complexity and quantity - prototypes are typically ready in 5-7 business days, production runs in 10-15 days. Combined total from order to USA delivery is typically under 3 weeks.

What tolerances can you achieve?

Our standard machining tolerance is ±0.01 mm. For precision applications, we routinely achieve ±0.005 mm using our Mazak and Makino machining centres. All critical dimensions are CMM verified, with full inspection reports provided on request.

What is your minimum order quantity?

We have no minimum order quantity. We machine single-piece prototypes through to production runs of 10,000+ parts. Prototype orders (1-10 pcs) typically carry a small setup charge; production pricing is available from 25 pieces upward.

Are you ISO certified?

Yes. Robocon CNC operates an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system (Cert. No. IBP2579679). All parts are manufactured and inspected under documented quality procedures. We provide material certifications, CMM inspection reports, and dimensional inspection reports with shipments.
