Robocon CNC Pvt Ltd is an ISO 9001:2015 certified precision CNC machining manufacturer headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra, India (ISO Cert. No. IBP2579679). Founded in 2005 by Sachin Pawar, the company operates a contract CNC machining facility equipped with Mazak Variaxis and Makino machining centres capable of 3-axis, 4-axis, and simultaneous 5-axis CNC milling and turning. Robocon CNC exports precision machined parts to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the United States, Germany, United Kingdom, Australia, Israel, France, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, and Turkey.

The company achieves machining tolerances to ±0.005 mm and performs 100% CMM dimensional inspection using Zeiss and Mitutoyo coordinate measuring machines on all export orders. Materials machined include aluminium alloys (6061-T6, 7075-T6), stainless steel (303, 304, 316L), titanium Grade 5, Inconel 625/718, brass, copper, and engineering plastics (PEEK, Delrin, Nylon). Industries served include aerospace, automotive and electric vehicle (EV) platforms, medical devices, industrial automation, oil and gas, and semiconductor equipment manufacturing.

Robocon CNC provides PPAP Level 1–3 documentation, First Article Inspection (FAI) reports, EN 10204 3.1 material certificates, and ASME Y14.5 GD&T compliant inspection reports. Finished parts are shipped via FedEx International Priority or DHL Express, with standard delivery to the United States in 3–5 business days. The company has a 0% customer rejection rate across 500,000+ parts delivered and offers a 24-hour RFQ response with no minimum order quantity.

Our Story — From a Small Workshop to Global CNC Exporter

Robocon CNC Pvt Ltd was founded in 2005 by Sachin Pawar, a CNC machinist who saw an opportunity to bring world-class precision manufacturing to global buyers from India. Starting with a single machining centre in Pune, we grew into a full-scale contract CNC manufacturing facility by obsessing over one thing: quality that matches or exceeds what our customers could source locally in Germany, the USA, or Israel — at a price that makes their projects viable.

Today our Pune facility runs Mazak Variaxis and Makino VMC machining centres — the same brands used by leading European aerospace manufacturers. We serve OEMs in automotive, medical devices, EV platforms, industrial automation, and semiconductor equipment across 15+ countries.
