We machine aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, brass, copper, alloy steel, and engineering plastics. All orders include EN 10204 3.1 material test certificates. ISO 9001:2015 certified facility in Pune, India.
Aluminum is our most machined material. Excellent machinability, high strength-to-weight ratio, and natural corrosion resistance make it ideal for aerospace, automotive, EV, and electronics enclosure parts.
Finishes available: as-machined, anodize (clear, black, hard-coat Type III), alodine, powder coat. See our aluminum machining page for full details.

Stainless steel is preferred for medical devices, food processing equipment, oil & gas components, and applications requiring corrosion resistance and high strength. We machine all common grades with tight tolerances and excellent surface finish.
Titanium Grade 2 (CP Ti)
Commercially pure titanium. Excellent biocompatibility and corrosion resistance. Used in medical implants, chemical processing, and marine hardware.
Density: 4.51 g/cm³ — 45% lighter than steel
Titanium Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V)
Most widely used titanium alloy. High strength-to-weight, excellent fatigue resistance. Used in aerospace, medical, and motorsport applications.
UTS: 950 MPa — Machining: requires low speeds, sharp tooling
4140 & 4340 Alloy Steel
High-strength chromium-molybdenum steels for shafts, gears, tooling, and structural parts requiring high strength and wear resistance.
Available pre-hardened or annealed — heat treat sourced locally
Tool Steel (D2, H13, P20)
High-hardness tool steels for molds, dies, jigs, and fixtures. Machined in annealed state; hardening coordinated post-machining.
Mild Steel (MS / EN8)
Cost-effective for structural brackets, fixtures, and general engineering components where corrosion resistance is not critical.
Invar / Kovar
Low thermal expansion alloys for precision instruments, optical mounts, and semiconductor equipment components. Available on request.
Brass (C360, C260)
Excellent machinability — brass cuts faster and produces better surface finish than most metals. Common for fittings, connectors, valve bodies, and electrical components. C360 (free-cutting brass) is the most machinable alloy available.
Copper (C110, C101)
High electrical and thermal conductivity. Used for bus bars, heat sinks, RF components, and electrical contacts. Requires sharp tooling and controlled cutting speeds for best results.
Bronze (C954 Aluminum Bronze)
High wear resistance and strength. Used for bearings, bushings, and marine applications. Excellent corrosion resistance in seawater environments.
Engineering plastics offer low weight, chemical resistance, and electrical insulation for demanding applications in medical, semiconductor, and food processing equipment.
Delrin / POM (Acetal)
Low friction, high stiffness, excellent machinability. Ideal for gears, pulleys, valves, and precision mechanisms. White and black grades available.
PEEK
High-performance thermoplastic with excellent chemical and temperature resistance (up to 250°C). Used in medical, aerospace, and semiconductor equipment.
PTFE / Teflon
Chemically inert, non-stick surface, low friction. Used for seals, bushings, and laboratory components. Pure or glass-filled grades available.
Nylon (PA6, PA66)
Good strength, moderate chemical resistance, and low cost. Common for structural brackets, spacers, and wear-resistant components. Available natural or glass-filled.
UHMW Polyethylene
Ultra-high molecular weight PE — excellent impact strength and wear resistance. Used for guide rails, liners, and food-safe components.
Acrylic (PMMA)
Optically clear, excellent surface finish when polished. Used for light guides, instrument covers, and display components.
